At Cordplus, we promise to provide our valued customers with high-quality Corduroy and Velveteen fabrics, as well as kids’ bottom wear. We know that sometimes a return or exchange is required. Our policy is designed to make the process smooth and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange
Defective or Damaged Products:
If the product received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days from receipt. We will facilitate a return or exchange without additional cost to you.Non-Defective Items:
If any want to return or replace the order, you can do it very easily, under a few guidelines. Make sure your product is in right condition and you apply for the return policy with 7 days of your purchase. Your product must have the tags attached to it. In case your product doesn’t fit, the company will charge the return shipping amount.2. Non-Restorable Articles
The following are excluded from return or exchange on the grounds of defect. Materials less than 2 meters in length cut fabrics.3. Returning Procedure

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.Shipping:
We will send a pickup service for defective or damaged goods. Send back non-defective returns shipping to the return address given in your case by our customer service team.4. Refunds
Defective or Damaged Products:
After ensuring whether we accept the return with respect to a receipt of a product returned to us, we’ll make good all sums via original route of payment, within 7-10 working days.Products not Faulty:
Products shall be accepted with inspection after obtaining a product return receipt; money refund on account of product amount less all delivery charges. Such amounts would be refund through an original route of payment, within 7-10 working days.5. Exchanges
The availability of product determines exchanges. If you wish to purchase a certain product that is not in stock, we will allow you to either return or exchange for a product of comparable value.6. Returning and Exchanging Guidelines
To ensure a return or an exchange, it must meet the following conditions:- Unopened, not used, and without alteration
- Packed in its original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
